HOW SOON AFTER DESPATCH DO I GET MY ORDER?

  • UK Orders via Royal Mail take 2-3 working days. For Europe and International addresses please refer to the Royal Mail website and select your country for the most up to date and accurate information. Due to Covid 19 some delivery services have been effected and are experiencing delays. Please ensure your local postal service is operating fully before committing to purchase.

  • This is worldwide and now includes all countries in the European Union. All orders sent to countries in the EU are now subject to Import Tax & Custom Fees.

    The taxation for a particular country depends on the local GST/VAT, as well as the item category and its declared value so we advise you to check what your local rate is before committing to purchase.

    There is a threshold which is the amount at which a person begins paying taxes based on the declared value of an item. Anything over that you will be subject to charges. Please note thresholds vary from country to country.

  • Lost / Missing Parcels

Madseventies will not refund towards orders marked as delivered with a Royal Mail / courier tracking number and proof of postage. Madseventies will also not be responsible for any parcels missing where a third party has been nominated by you to accept the parcel on your behalf. It is also your responsibility to ensure your address is correct at the time of purchase. Please check all details before payment.
